Terms of Service

Last updated October 18, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Coralstone Processing (“Coralstone,” “we,” “us”). They apply to our website and to the Coralstone app. By applying for an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may apply

Coralstone serves licensed mortgage and real estate professionals and their companies. You must be one of these, or act for one, to apply.

Applying does not create an account. An account exists only after Coralstone approves your application. We may decline any application. We do not have to give a reason.

Accounts and security

You must give accurate information and keep it current. You must protect your account with a passkey or an authenticator, as we require.

Do not share your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Coralstone never sends, confirms or changes wire instructions by email or text. Always confirm wiring details by phone with title, using a number you already know.

Fees and billing

Loan processing costs $999 flat per loan file. We bill it only when the file closes. If the file does not close, you owe no processing fee. We charge no rush fee and no non-QM surcharge.

Transaction coordination costs $295 per side. We charge it at closing.

Fees appear on the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure. The borrower pays them at closing through the settlement agent. Instead, we may charge a card on file at funding, or send a monthly invoice to a Company. Coralstone is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and with care. You may not:

  • Break any law or regulation, or help someone else do so.
  • Upload data you have no right to share, or false or forged documents.
  • Attempt to reach another Company’s data or any account that is not yours.
  • Probe, scan or test the service for weaknesses without our written consent.
  • Upload malware, or interfere with the service or its security.
  • Scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Use the service to harass anyone or to send messages the recipient has not agreed to receive.

Client data and your responsibilities

You keep your rights in the information you and your Clients give us. You allow us to use it to provide the service, as our Privacy Notice describes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. You must have the right to share it with us, including any consent from your Clients that the law requires. Each party on a file is responsible for its own information and its own conduct.

If you learn that information on a file is wrong, correct it or tell us quickly. Late or inaccurate information can delay a closing, and Coralstone is not responsible for delays that come from information a party gave us.

Everyone on a file sees the same live file and receives email and text updates. By adding a person to a file, you confirm that you have the right to share their contact details with us for this purpose.

AI and human review

Software specialists named Coral do routine work, such as reading and organizing documents. Coralstone uses AI models from outside providers for that work. A licensed processor reviews key steps and owns the file.

We do not guarantee the outcome of any loan. Coralstone does not underwrite, approve or price loans. The lender makes every decision, and those decisions stay with the lender.

AI tools can make mistakes. That is why a person checks the key steps. You should still review the documents, dates and figures shown on your files, and tell us if something looks wrong.

Coral records and transcribes phone calls with parties on a file. By using the service, you agree that Coralstone may do so, and you will tell the people you add to a file that calls may be recorded.

No professional advice and third-party services

Coralstone does not give legal, tax or financial advice. Ask a qualified professional for advice about your situation.

The service works with services we do not control, such as lenders, title and escrow agents, and email, text and calling providers. We are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Coralstone owns the service, including its software, design, text and marks. We give you a limited, revocable right to use it for your own business under these terms. You may not copy it or reverse engineer it.

Each party will keep the other’s non public information confidential and use it only for the service. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, or that the law requires it to disclose.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any loan will be approved or will close on a given date.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent the law allows, Coralstone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost loans or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You will defend and indemnify Coralstone against claims, losses and costs that arise from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or data you submitted without the right to do so.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to us. Open loan files will be handled as the parties and the law require.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put the service or others at risk, or if the law requires it. Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including fees owed, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to that venue.

We may change these terms. We post the new version here and change the date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept it. For material changes we will notify account holders.
